Our Simple Guarantee
We want you to love your items. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. Here is our straightforward policy:
Full Refund: You have 14 days from your purchase date to request a full refund. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.
Store Credit or Exchange: You have 30 days from your purchase date to request store credit or an exchange. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
After 30 days from your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
How to Start Your Return or Exchange
Step 1: Check Your Item & Timeline Before you begin, please ensure your item is eligible:
For a Refund: It's within 14 days of purchase, unused, and has all original tags attached.
For Store Credit/Exchange: It's within 30 days of purchase, unused, and in its original packaging.
Step 2: Contact Us to Begin To start your return, please email us at findyourlite@gmail.com.
Please include the following in your email:
Your full name and Order Number (or a copy of your receipt/proof of purchase).
The name of the item(s) you wish to return.
Whether you are requesting a Full Refund (within 14 days) or Store Credit/Exchange (within 30 days).
We will reply with the next steps and the return shipping address. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Return Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds & Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that the cost of any original or return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
If you are approved for store credit, we will email you a code to use on your next purchase.
Exclusions There are certain situations where refunds or credits are not granted:
Any item not in its original condition (e.g., is damaged, worn, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds If you're waiting on store credit, please check your email's "spam" or "promotions" folder first. If you're waiting on a refund to your credit card, it can take 5-10 business days for it to officially post after we've processed it on our end.

Shipping High-Value Items If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
