A sound bath is a form of sound therapy that uses audible vibrations to bring the body back into harmony and achieve what is called prime resonance.

Absolutely!You may need to modify a few postures but it is safe to stretch during pregnancy.

I recommend sweat pants and sports bra. Sweat pants are going to hold more heat in your body than yoga pants allowing for the muscles to warm up faster. This will allow you a better warm up and the ability to deepen your stretch.
