Happy New Year!
Hi Friends!
I hope you are well and your New Year is off to a great start!
We’re already half way through January and I keep reminding myself to pace, there’s a full year ahead! With all that I know about living a slow & mindful life you would think that I would know better but I can still get the urge in my mind/body to move faster than needed. So if you feel this energy too let’s both take a moment, feel our feet on the earth beneath us, and take a deep breath. Everything in this moment is the only thing that matters.
It is my intention as I move further into 2026 to lean into energy that is grounded, sweet, and liberated. I’m feeling a strong feeling of this in my soul. With so many life changes in the last 5 years there have been more moments of survival and rigidity than trust and softness and now more than ever I hear it loud and clear to soften and let things be, and go.
Today I was in a store and the atmosphere felt serene, open, lite. That felt incredibly nice, after the shift from the hustle and bustle of the holidays. With all that’s going on in the world we need these moments and allowing ourselves to be aware that they exist is what the nervous system needs.
To further usher in a grounded, sweet, and liberated energy I’m hosting my first event of 2026- The Courage to Be. I have a strong feeling that this year is going to call us to a higher place of courage whether that be personally, in the communities we serve, and/or professionally. So this event is all about preparing us for those moments & experiences and now at the start of 2026 is a perfect time to take a step back witness all that is before you and moving with stratergy. I think strategy and courage go hand in hand! When you move in this way you cannot miss alignement, you can’t not be great, only better and more ahead than you were before.
I know that can be intimidating but if we don’t give ourselves permission to live in courage then we end up with more of the same thing, and I don’t know about you but I want more out of my life.
The beauty about courage is that it looks different for every one of us- one may need to take courage in their career, with their children, or in a relationship. One may need to take courage in their finances, in their health, or in making a shift to living a mindful life. No matter what it is there is one thing that connects us all and that’s taking that first step and that’s what this event is all about. Some have taken that step, some haven’t, some are in the midst of walking we’re all on our own individual paths so this event the point where our paths cross. So if you’re ready to step into courage and understand what its going to take to get there then join us Jan 25th from 3-6pm
