Living Lite Podcast

Since 2023 I have been wanting to sit down with incredible women and talk about how they are healing, building businesses, and thriving in life.

Women have made so many shifts and advancements in society and culture so it’s hard to not take notice when someone is really doing things diffrently and making it all work. But how…how is she doing it, who does she have to become, what does she have to surrender or go through in order to be the woman she is today. I want to know!

I reached out to women who I deeply admire to have these conversations. Some are friends, some are colleagues, some I women I’ve never met but they inspire me from afar, that’s who I’m talking to the real Girls’ girls! Now while I know all that glitters isn’t gold-I do know that after the darkness comes the lite and so trust and believe I’ll be asking about the darkness and the lite of it all!

Long gone are the days of women putting themselves last and everybody else first! No we’re taking care of our needs, and embracing parts of ourselves that we never knew existed- its a new way of life, and we’re all figuring it out in real time. Growing from the past, healing old traumas, and self-aware in a way that makes us know that if we don’t get out here and create the lives we want no one is going to do it for us. Yea it’s just that deep! I know myself and the women I’m talking to aren’t the only ones who feel this way so what better way for you to not feel alone than you to listen and hear the conversations that can inspire, motivate, and also cause you to do something different. This is more than another podcast it’s a time with the girls-so listen, subscribe, and share, but most of all Live Lite!

Today I sit down with for my 1st Lving Lite podcast guest Natasha Maxwell of the Maxwell Method. Natasha is a brand strategist, chronic traveler, and lifelong wellness lover. A former trainer and nutrition coach turned marketing strategist, she’s worked with some of the biggest names in wellness, from Tonal to Viome, and today splits her time between client work in hormone health and holistic medicine and mentoring other wellness founders on building their own brands.

We’re talking about what it means to live lite, the difference between “doing” and “being”, and the importance of getting your mammograms!

I’m so excited to be here, sharing conversations with women that are doing the work and because of it are now seeing their lives transform!

That’s what I call Living Lite!
